Our Process
Our cabinetry is hand made and customized for your space, we specialize in full inlay hardwood cabinetry. For an estimate of your job please complete the request form here and we will be in touch with a rough estimate within 5 business days.
1. Estimate Request
Fill out the estimate request form for a complimentary project estimate.
If the estimate is within your budget and you would like to move forward, we will send you an invoice for the cabinetry design deposit. Cabinetry design deposits are 8% of the cabinetry estimate and will be applied toward your purchase. This deposit is non-refundable (for design services rendered) should you choose not to order. Our kitchens generally start at $34,000.
Timeframe: Delivery of project estimate 5-10 days
Client Responsibilities: Submit all information for the cabinetry estimate. If we have additional questions we will contact you before sending the estimate.
2. Initial Meeting and Design Layout
After we receive your design deposit we will schedule an meeting to discuss the project and develop cabinetry designs. We will discuss layout, appliances, and color/finishing options. After the approval of the designs we will submit a final project invoice. Once you accept your quote we will send an invoice to remit payment. Once payment is received, your cabinetry order will be placed.
Timeframe: Delivery initial design layout 2-3 weeks
Client Responsibilities: Approval of the initial design layout with comments on changes and approval of final estimate.
3. Approval of Final Designs
Once you approve the final layout designs and submit payment your cabinetry will go into production. We will provide color samples and hardware options to choose from and approve during this phase.
Timeframe: Cabinetry construction 10-12 weeks on average.
Client Responsibilities: Approval of the final design.
4. Installation of Kitchen Cabinets and Finishing Carpentry.
The delivery and installation of your cabinetry will be scheduled with you ahead of time to be sure the site is ready for installation. The installation of your custom cabinets can take several days depending on the complexity of the designs. If using our installation services, our team will install the cabinetry, vent hood, and all hardwood moldings as per the design. We do not install appliances and recommend that you work with an appliance company that provides professional installation services. Once the appliances, countertops and any other features are installed and you prepare begin to use your kitchen our installation team will schedule a date to come back to make minor adjustments and touch ups as needed.
Timeframe: Installation 1-5 days
